Join Good Life Kitchen in some summer fun! Utilizing creative ingredients will provide your child with a new sense of confidence in the kitchen. Each day kids will work side by side with professional chefs learning kitchen safety, knife skills and nutritious recipes. Ages 11-15 welcome in our morning sessions.
Monday: Vegan: Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites, Homemade Colorful Pasta with Roasted Vegetables, Black Bean and Sweet Potato Quesadillas, and Chocolate Mousse
Tuesday: Gluten Free: Mexican Beans and Rice, Build your own Tacos, Homemade Guacamole, Pulled Chicken, and Peanut Butter Oat Cookies.
Wednesday: Vegetarian: Black Bean Sweet Potato Enchiladas, and Eggplant Parmesan, Mexican Tofu Scramble, and Farmers Market Pizza
Thursday: Dairy Free: Blueberry Oat Cobbler, Simple Roast Chicken with Summer Vegetables, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Lemon - Lavender Scones
Friday: Paleo: Quinoa Salad with Grilled Vegetables, Paleo Pizzas, Wilted salad with walnuts, and European Roasted Chicken
