Kids Can Cook: Summer Series (Ages 11-15) Week 3 FULL

Back to the Basics!

Monday, July 23rd to Friday, July 27th

9:00am- 12:00pm

Join Good Life Kitchen in some summer fun! Utilizing creative ingredients will provide your child with a new sense of confidence in the kitchen. Guided by a chef and recipes*, they will create some great dishes and sample foods they never imagined they’d enjoy! Ages 11-15 are welcome in our morning sessions. Each day kids will work side by side with professional chefs learning kitchen safety, knife skills and nutritious recipes.

Monday: Bread Basics 101: Classic Italian Loaf, Garlic and Herb Focaccia, Sweet Lemon Bread

Tuesday: Cooking with Meat: Asian Style Dumplings, Mediterranean Turkey Burgers, and Pepper, Onion and Beef Spinach Wraps

Wednesday: The Versatile Tomato: Fresh Bruschetta, Cream of Tomato Soup, Simple Tomato Sauce, and fresh pasta

Thursday: Garden Greens: Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry, Vegetable Lasagna, and Kale Chips

Friday: Fruitful Berries and How to Use them: Molten Chocolate Cake, Blueberry and Blackberry Galette, and Fresh Fruit Tart

Fee: $375.00/ week
